I have been using SmartDeploy close to a year now and I have no issues creating an image or deploying a Windows 7 image. When I create an image for Windows 8 or 8.1, I can create the image fine and I can deploy the image without any issues. The problem that I am running into is during Sysprep on Windows 8.1, it will fail. I have since installed Windows 8.1 on the machine from scratch and didn't have any issues with the install so I know Windows 8.1 will work on this machine. I have even extracted the drivers from my test machine to create my own 8.1 package, that too didn't help. Any thoughts on how I can get this fixed and successfully deploy Windows 8.1 using SmartDeploy? Thanks for your help. James
