Unfortunately...I have tried several times to upgrade a VM to a new version and it does not work out well. New VM for each version and we have 30+ apps to install.

Getting the same error... "a fatal error occurred while trying to sysprep the machine..." Fresh VM w/new install of 1803 ISO.
