    Sysprep fails on Lenovo T450s and T430u

    Thanks...I have entered the ticket and attached the log bundle.
  2. I am having an issue with several Lenovo T450s and at least T430u notebooks. We have imaged over 200 other notebooks with no troubles so I know my image is solid. The image process happens without errors but then an error message pops up on first boot saying "System Preparation Tool 3.14 - A fatal error occurred while trying to sysprep the machine." You can restart the PC and log in but get a black screen with a mouse cursor, like explorer.exe did not load. I'm using the most current version of SmartDeploy (2.0.3010) and newest platform pack available...and I'm out of ideas.
