Error when capturing an image VHDX

Thanks. I got the same error. I had shut down the virtual machine via the VMware 'shutdown guest' vs. shutting the computer down as you would on a hardware pc, Start>Shutdown I guess it makes a difference. Anyway, the image is progressing now.
