  1. Finding out the issue is with the September update of the Microsoft ISO image. I reverted back to the March version and worked like a charm. Just FYI. Thank you!
  2. Hello! I've been trying to reimage a few HP 450 G6 laptops, however after the SmartDeploy sysprep is finished and the machine reboots, I get an instant blue screen that Windows needs to be repaired.I'm noticing that it's keeping the OEM windows install, which I think may be causing the boot issue. Is there something with the HP's that I need to change before attempting to reimage these laptops? It gives me the option to choose which operating system to start with but cannot get to a point to delete the 2nd Windows 10 OS. Thank you all.
  3. Hi, I'm looking to refresh the OS only on a remote PC, but am unsure of how this part works. It's a Windows 10 machine that's become unruly and would like to try and reset the OS before reverting to re-imaging the whole thing. Thank you in advance!
