I did try another pack and it performed in the same way.

I am trying to download the Dell Latitude 3390 2in1 pack and it is stuck at 0% or downloading at an extremely slow speed. I have registered the .dll's, upgraded the console to the newest version and reinitiated download multiple times. I have been sitting here for 10 minutes and it is at 8MB / 2%.
