I have encountered a problem when imaging from either a Windows 7 USB or Windows 10 USB in that when it starts to provision the disks (an SSD in this case), it will error out ("Failed to provision any disks. An exception has occurred.") and the physical disk size in the lower right hand corner will go from 238.5GB to 0. I do not have any problems provisioning disks using the same USB's for imaging on other Dells or Lenovos that we have in use.
