SmartDeploySupport Posted August 14, 2019 Report Share Posted August 14, 2019 Hi Benjamin, They're one and the same - a search for Latitude 3189 only yields one result from Dell:https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/product-support/product/latitude-11-3189-2-in-1-laptop/overview When we're naming a pack, we tend to respect whatever model identifier is listed in the system firmware, which in this case is simply Latitude 3189. Dell is generally pretty good about making their online listings match what's in the system firmware, but there are exceptions, and this is one of them.
