Melissa N.
Hello! I've been trying to reimage a few HP 450 G6 laptops, however after the SmartDeploy sysprep is finished and the machine reboots, I get an instant blue screen that Windows needs to be repaired.I'm noticing that it's keeping the OEM windows install, which I think may be causing the boot issue. Is there something with the HP's that I need to change before attempting to reimage these laptops? It gives me the option to choose which operating system to start with but cannot get to a point to delete the 2nd Windows 10 OS. Thank you all. Jeff Harris
Melissa, this would certainly require looking at your deployment logs to determine what's happening. You should certainly see that the OEM installation of Windows is removed after deployment. Please collect logs and email support and we'll take a look and help you out. Melissa N.
Finding out the issue is with the September update of the Microsoft ISO image. I reverted back to the March version and worked like a charm. Just FYI. Thank you!
