How do I determine what the Admin email address is?

I ran a trial for my company and we have purchased SmartDeploy, now I want to add more users to our console but I can't figure out how to do it. When users try to join the are prompted to enter the admin email but we do not know what it is. I figured it would be mine but that does not seem to work.

Please email support with your company email, and we can assist in helping you. 

Your additional users should be able to provide the email address that you currently use to log into SmartDeploy. You'll receive an email to approve the addition of their accounts.
