Bad Magic Number

Problem: When launching the Media Wizard you receive an error stating: "Bad magic number: This license ID is not supported anymore. Please contact Rocket Division Software at info@rocketdivision.com"

Resolution: This is caused by a component used within SmartDeploy for creating ISO files and burning CD/DVD media that was corrupted on install.

  1. Run a repair on SmartDeploy by opening the Control Panel and selecting, "Add/Remove Programs" or "Programs," depending on your version of Windows.
  2. Right-click on SmartDeploy Enterprise and select Repair.
