Deployment issue, hang windows PE

I'm in the middle of trial installation of SmartDeploy. Its working really well so far however, I've hit a problem with one particular set of workstations. We have both Dell Optiplex 755 and Optiplex 320 machines. On the Optiplex 755 the whole process works perfectly. However, on Optiplex 320 the boot media hangs with a spinning circle after the starting windows logo has shown, the spinning circle is the only thing on the screen. I've left the machine for an hour and the circle is still spinning.

I've tried various bios options - hypertreading is turned off as I've read this can hang windowsPE disks. However, it still keeps hanging at the same place.

Feeling a touch stupid... finally traced the issue to a fault hard disk! Replaced the drive and bingo it booted perfectly.

Just thought I would share in case anyone else hits this.
