ditasn2000 Posted August 3, 2016 Report Share Posted August 3, 2016 I went thru the process to create a SmartDeploy image then created the offline deployment media. After booting into SmartPE and selecting my options, the deployment process starts but then eventually get a pop-up message that reads "Please insert disc 0". Any idea what is causing that popup? SmartDeploySupport Posted August 3, 2016 Report Share Posted August 3, 2016 Hello, Once you receive the "Please insert disc 0" message close it and close out of the Deploy Wizard so you're returned to the splash screen. Click the link to open a command prompt and browse to X:\Windows\Temp\Deploy.log. Save that to USB/Network share and send it to support @ smartdeploy .com. Refer to this thread if you could.
